Get to Know the Role

As a Staff, Admin Marketing, you will support the sales and marketing team by managing customer communications, maintaining accurate business data, and ensuring smooth coordination of ongoing projects. You will build strong relationships with customers, monitor product development progress, and provide administrative support to facilitate efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Responded to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Prepared and maintained daily and weekly reports on products under development.
• Managed and updated customer databases, NPD records, and quotations in the company's software system.
• Monitored and followed up on ongoing projects to ensure timely progress and effective communication between customers and internal teams.

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Have experience in sales or marketing; open to fresh graduates interested in the beauty industry, particularly in sales and product development
• Strong interest in the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and makeup
• Understanding of beauty market trends and consumer behavior
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Able to work under targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
