Job Description

Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing Administration, or related position is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information.
  • Willing to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.
  • Able to support Sales & Marketing activities as well as Director's administrative needs.
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative support for Sales & Marketing activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, and other related documents.
  • Assist the Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate communication and correspondence in Mandarin, both verbal and written.
  • Arrange and manage business trip schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for Sales Team and Director.
  • Support communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners, especially Mandarin-speaking parties.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor and follow up sales documents, contracts, and customer requirements.
  • Assist in translating documents and during meetings when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
