Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Account Manager located in Bandung. The Staff Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and handling brand needs efficiently. Duties also include account performance monitoring, providing strategic insights, and maintaining excellent communication between internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong skills in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and excellent customer service skills
• Experience in Project Coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are maintained
• Knowledge in digital marketing services (Live streaming, KOL & Affiliate, Content Creation, Ads, Marketplace Optimisation)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to provide valuable insights and feedback to clients
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage client interactions and internal collaboration
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
