Job Description

Qualifications

  • Having a law degree;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Having critical analysis skills;
  • Proficient in English (both in written and speaking);
  • Preferable having at least 1-2 years of experience in a law -firm;
  • Able to join As Soon As Possible.

Job Descriptions

  • Work from office, Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm, and overtime (when needed);
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. agreement, memo, PoA, claim);
  • Conducting legal research;
  • Arrange communication between the client and counterparty;
  • Representing client/firm in any meetings.
