Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Jakarta for an SSW Food Processing Instructor. The role involves providing technical instruction in food processing, quality control, packaging design, and related areas, ensuring trainees acquire the necessary knowledge to thrive in the food industry. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting practical training sessions, assessing trainees performance, and delivering guidance on professional skills and work ethics. The Instructor will work closely with the team to align the training curriculum with industry standards and maintain quality education outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agribusiness, or any educational background is welcome
• Proficiency in Food Processing and Food Industry standards
• Must have worked in Japan as an SSW Food Processing
• Minimum JLPT N3 is preferred (for teaching work-related Japanese terms, workplace communication, SOPs)
• Exceptional communication and teaching skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor trainees effectively
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in food processing
• Commitment to fostering a professional and disciplined learning environment
