Job Description

Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity across offices and operational sites.
Coordinate network troubleshooting and incident resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors.
Support network infrastructure maintenance, configuration, and optimization.
Monitor network incidents and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA.
Coordinate with vendors for network services, maintenance, and service quality evaluation.
Prepare network performance reports, incident documentation, and service improvement recommendations.
Ensure network operations comply with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in network operations, network management, or IT infrastructure.
Understand TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
Familiar with network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Experience coordinating with network service providers or third-party vendors is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
