What we are looking for

Role: SRE + Unix + Python (Infrastructure Applications L3 Support Specialist)

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Must Have:

1. SRE with strong expertise in monitoring, alerting, and on‑call incident management to ensure SLA/SLO adherence.
2. Skilled in managing production systems across Linux/Unix and cloud platforms (EC2/any cloud) with a focus on minimizing outages and improving reliability

Good to Have:

1. Proficient in automation using Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
2. Configuration management tools like Ansible/Puppet.
3. Experienced in application support, and infrastructure troubleshooting with solid networking fundamentals.
4. Adept at driving RCA, improving system resilience, and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential:
