Sr. Tester Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 45 years of proven experience as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and SQL for database validation
• Ability to identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
