We are looking for an experienced professional to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Company's sustainability strategy, ESG governance, sustainability reporting, and ESG performance initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Sustainability, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, ESG ratings, sustainability strategy, or corporate sustainability management.
- Strong understanding of ESG governance, sustainability strategy, and ESG integration within business processes and decision-making.
- Experience in Sustainability Reporting based on GRI Standards, POJK 51/2017, TCFD, and other relevant frameworks.
- Experience in ESG gap assessments, compliance reviews, performance monitoring, and sustainability improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of sustainability performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, sustainability communication, and sustainability culture development.
- Familiarity with ESG assessments and rating processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, direct, and evaluate the implementation of sustainability strategies and ESG governance aligned with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate the preparation of Sustainability Reports in accordance with GRI Standards, POJK 51/2017, TCFD, and other relevant frameworks, including data collection, validation, materiality assessment, and sustainability disclosures.
- Conduct ESG gap assessments and monitor improvement initiatives to strengthen ESG compliance and implementation effectiveness.
- Develop and manage ESG performance monitoring and evaluation processes to support continuous improvement and achievement of sustainability targets.
- Promote sustainability culture through awareness programs, stakeholder engagement, and ESG communication initiatives.
- Coordinate ESG assessments and ratings, including data collection, evidence preparation, and improvement action plans to support improvement of ESG performance.
