Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and review the development of business and infrastructure portfolios for the Company and its Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in accordance with the Company's strategic policies.
Job Description
- Formulate cost estimation requirements for infrastructure to support the Mining Project tender process.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review project initiation documents, planning, execution, monitoring, and project completion related to infrastructure business development.
- Produce project completion reports and lessons learned.
- Review technical documents to support the tender process for construction services and consulting procurement.
- Analyze, formulate, review, and recommend infrastructure plans and budgets.
- Implement Mining Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and programs, including mining safety, in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in the mining industry in a similar position.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to be based in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
- Willing to frequently conduct site visits.
