Sr. Solutions & Services Sales Executive (SSE), Jakarta
Role Summary
We are seeking a result driven and experienced Senior Solutions & Services Sales Executive (SSE) to accelerate Lenovo's Services & Solutions Group (SSG) growth in ASEAN. This role focuses on expanding our portfolio penetration across Digital Workplace Solutions, Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and As‑a‑Service offerings (including TruScale).
The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling capabilities, the ability to influence senior executives, and deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure and Security services and solution‑led sales. This is a strategic role aimed at driving long‑term customer value, expanding wallet share, and building integrated solutions with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow SSG penetration in priority accounts.
- Identify customer needs and position tailored solutions.
- Build and execute account plans to strengthen relationships and deliver revenue growth.
- Drive new funnel creation and achieve quarterly quotas.
Solution Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with hardware sales, solution consultants, and product teams.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, lead generation, pursuit management, contracting, and closure.
- Deliver sales enablement initiatives across internal teams.
- Present regular business updates to leadership.
Market Insights & Competitive Strategy
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts.
- Provide insights to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
Skills & Experience
Must‑Have
- Minimum 12+ years of solution and services sales experience.
- Proven track record in services‑led consultative selling.
- Strong relationships with senior IT and business leaders.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Workplace, Managed Services, Cloud, DaaS
- Strong matrix collaboration and cross‑functional influence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Legal right to work in Jakarta.
