Job Description
Role: Senior Technology Lead / Engineering Manager
Experience: 10–15 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot microservices applications
Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
Drive modernization and migration of legacy systems
Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 engineers, overseeing performance, growth, and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project timelines
Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices across the team
Required Skills
10–15 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud deployment, services, DevOps pipelines)
Proven project management skills — planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Experience leading and managing teams of 5–6 members
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
