Lead the planning, design, and implementation of network and security solutions for client environments.
Own project delivery from design to final acceptance (BAST), including documentation and handover.
Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing for new or proposed security technologies.
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Project teams to align technical designs with customer needs.
Assess customer security posture and design low-level solutions to mitigate identified risks.
Deliver presentations, training, and documentation to clients post-implementation.
Provide tier-3 escalation support for complex issues and lead technical troubleshooting.
Mentor and guide team members in project delivery and technical improvement.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security solutions and implementation.
Experienced in working with vendors and customers on outage situations and provide direction to internal teams and customers on recovering services effectively.
Strong knowledge in systems, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
Strong knowledge in endpoint protection (Antivirus, EDR, etc.).
Strong knowledge in operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows, etc.).
