Title: Sr. Salesforce Consultant

We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant. The role is permanent, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.

• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology

• Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects

• Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud

• Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines

• Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Certification or relevant working experience in Sales or Service Cloud

• Minimum 4 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration

• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting

• Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required
