Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to join our team in Makassar. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, handling customer queries, and tracking market trends to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish, promote, and manage rental activities and cross selling of company's products and services and execute business expansion strategies throughout the Sulawesi region.

• Acquisition of new customers to increase rental penetration in Sulawesi region

• Maintenance of existing customers and building long-term relationships through regular visits and follow-ups

• Negotiating rental fees, preparing quotations, completing contract procedures, AR collection up to following up customer satisfaction

• Coordination with logistics and service departments to adjust delivery and collection schedules for machinery and understanding maintenance status

• Prepare and present regular branch performance reports to the head office management in Balikpapan.

Skill & Expertise

• Proven professional background in the same or a similar industry (Heavy Equipment Rental / Mining / Oil and Gas / Industrial and related sectors).

• Strong experience in Equipment Rental and Business Development

• Robust capabilities in operational management with a highly organized approach.

• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage teams and facilitate cross-departmental coordination (specifically regarding service and operations).

• High flexibility and resilience in handling the challenges of setting up a new branch in a developing territory.

• Preferred the applicant from Makassar or willing to be based in Makassar.
