We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming, data pipelines, model development, and production-grade AI systems. The core responsibilities for the job include the following: Python Development: - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Python applications. - Write clean, efficient, reusable, and testable code. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Data Engineering and Processing: - Build and manage ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing. - Work with structured and unstructured data. - Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, cloud platforms). Machine Learning and AI: - Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models. - Implement algorithms for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, etc. - Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization. - Deploy models into production using APIs or microservices. Data Science and Analytics: - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling. - Extract insights from large datasets to support business decisions. - Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations. System Design and Architecture: - Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions. - Design scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and deployment pipelines. Collaboration: - Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers. - Mentor junior developers and review code. - Participate in Agile/Scrum processes. Key Deliverables: - High-quality scalable Python applications. - Production-ready ML models. - Efficient data pipelines. - Actionable insights from data. Requirements: - Experience: 4-7 Years. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python (5+ years). - Machine Learning libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Experience with NLP (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers), Deep Learning concepts. - Database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), API development (REST, GraphQL). - Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure. - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with frameworks: - Web: Flask / FastAPI / Django. - Data: Pandas, NumPy. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). - Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop). - Experience in building recommendation systems or AI products. - Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI. - Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Nice to Have: - Contributions to open-source projects. - Research publications in AI/ML. - Experience with real-time data processing.
