Education:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related fields.
2. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
1. Minimum 710 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects with high complexity.
3. Experienced in business transformation, IT, or process optimization projects.
4. Able to communicate actively in English.
5. Have a good knowledge/experience in IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI (Mandatory)
6. Must have all 4 background (IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI)
7. For Finance and ROI, candidate must have exp/knowledge to calculate by themselves
Technical and Professional Skills:
1. Must have experience or knowledge in project analysis related to ROI, IRR, business value, value creation, and comparison analysis.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
3. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Office, or similar).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
5. Able to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
6. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills with both management and technical levels.
7. Understanding of basic or high-level finance concepts is an advantage.
8. Creative and skilled in creating presentation slides and delivering presentations effectively.
Preferred Certifications:
1. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.
2. Finance-related certification.
