SR PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER

Senior Piping Material Engineer with strong material expertise and complementary basic knowledge of pipe supports, with experience in CS, SS, Alloy, GRE, and non-Metallic materials.

Her/his roles shall include:

- Responsible for issuance of Technical Bid Evaluations, perform Vendor technical clarification and review Vendor documents for:

- Manual Valves

- Specialty Items

- Pipes, Fittings, Flanges (Metallic, Rubber Lining, HDPE, UHMWPE)

- Bolts & Nuts

- Gaskets

- Pipe Supports

- Miscellaneous Materials

- Responsible for review of piping-related Vendor documents, including resolve of technical deviations.

- Responsible for review of engineering deliverables prepared by the engineering team, including technical clarification to resolve technical issues:

- Review pipe support drawings on isometric

- Review and update MTO for pipe supports, piping (large & small bore), and BOM

- Review and update line list, Specialty Item MTO, Manual Valve MTO, and material codes

- Material requisitions

- Valve and SP items data sheets

- Review pipe support foundation layout and piping material class specification

The requirements are:

• Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical/Material/Metallurgy Engineering with min 10 years experience in design and engineering for oil & gas projects (upstream and downstream)/ Chemical Plant or Petrochemical Plant
• Have experience in the Piping Material detail engineering design
• Have a good knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards
• Able to perform Procurement support
• Have capability to work independently
• Willing for overseas and project based assignment
