Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
24 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, GrabAds, GoFood, ShopeeFood, or similar.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-brand or large-scale campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets and Data Studio / Looker Studio for performance tracking and reporting.
Deep understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting logic, bidding strategies, and optimization workflows.
Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests, building hypotheses, and turning findings into actionable strategies.
Ability to analyze Marginal EBITDA (M.E.) and make assertive, data-led budget allocation decisions.
