  • Own monthly budget adjustments and proposals to partners, with the ability to present forward-looking ad strategies. Make assertive, data-driven decisions on scaling or cutting spend based on post-campaign performance.
  • Oversee campaign setup, structure, and quality assurance for large-scale or multi-brand initiatives, ensuring advanced targeting, bid efficiency, and flawless execution.
  • Build and automate performance dashboards (using Google Sheets or Data Studio) and develop bulk upload tools to streamline campaign management.
  • Present campaign results effectively, providing clear context, insights, hypotheses, and actionable next steps for continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and manage cross-functional expectations, ensuring strong alignment between marketing, operations, and creative teams.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, leading high-impact A/B tests and maintaining a shared test tracker to drive data-informed innovation.
  • Coach and mentor associates through regular one-on-one sessions, personalized skill development plans, and structured feedback cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 24 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, GrabAds, GoFood, ShopeeFood, or similar.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-brand or large-scale campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets and Data Studio / Looker Studio for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting logic, bidding strategies, and optimization workflows.
  • Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests, building hypotheses, and turning findings into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to analyze Marginal EBITDA (M.E.) and make assertive, data-led budget allocation decisions.
  • Assertive decision-making with a balance of analytical depth and business judgment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and acts before issues escalate.
  • Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement through structured testing and learning culture.
