The Senior Operational Excellence Executive is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. This role leads the design, implementation, and governance of operational excellence frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise-wide operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, implement, and sustain methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process reengineering.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and cycle time.
- Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to track and report improvement outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership to align operational excellence initiatives with business strategy and priorities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop teams and leaders on continuous improvement tools, mindset, and best practices.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and ways of working.
- Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and best practices across functions and locations.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or operations leadership roles.
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale operational improvements with measurable business impact.
