Sr Officer-RAN & Transport Access Jabo

Role Purpose

• Tracking & coordinating the implementation of the project RAN Access Jabotabek area aiming a high-quality standard, scope and timeline.
• Monitoring the additional rental work order process for timely work order issuance with high-quality standards, timeline, and scope, and achieve quality requirements and objectives.
• Execute communication channels among the stakeholders (internal & external of the company) of the projects to ensure the projects can be run properly, smoothly, and with manageable risk

Job Description

Project Management

• Implementation of the projects that consist of execution, following up and escalation.

• Ensure the projects running and executing as scheduled, within scope, and achieve the quality requirement.

• Ensure the new network element can be integrated seamless with the existing network.• Coordination among related parties in order to support project target completion

• Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers

• Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated

• tasks assigned by managers.

• Develop and mentor vendor team to achieve divisional objectives.

• Follow up daily meeting with vendors related, execute with escalation to meet requirements as agreement, follow up weekly meeting and monthly meeting.

• Follow up and evaluate the performance of vendors, make recommendations, and implement actions.

• Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability.

• Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement.

• In order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage data to support asset tracking.

• Change request form verification.

• Certificate document verification.

• Verify Project progress report.

Above activities are performed to support a timely E2E project deployment referring to agreed baseline with all the partners involved

Team Collaboration

• Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers aiming to the achievement of group and IOH

• Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplish delegated tasks assigned by managers aiming to achieve targeted goals

• Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability aiming to achieve targeted team’s goal

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in electro engineering or business-related field.• Capable of professionally managing confidential information.

• Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines

• Able to working not only 9 – 5 hours

• Able to working in high pressure for deadline

• Exemplify strong attention to detail.

Related Experience:

• Having experience in Project Management - telecom engineering is preferred

• Having experience in RAN & Transport Access is preferred

• Having knowledge in AI
