Job Summary:
The Quality of Acquisition & Market Competitor Intelligence is responsible for ensuring that customer acquisition delivers sustainable value by focusing on quality, retention, competitive responsiveness, and localized commercial activation at the site and cluster level. This role drives the development of acquisition quality frameworks, monitors customer behavior post-acquisition, and ensures that growth is not only fast but also sustainable, profitable, and well-distributed across the Circle's footprint.
The role oversees the measurement and improvement of acquisition quality metrics — including early lifecycle activity, retention, and churn — by refining targeting strategies and identifying high-value customer profiles. Through strong analytical capabilities, this position ensures acquisition efforts are optimized to maximize long-term customer value (CLV) and minimize early churn. In parallel, the role leads real-time market and competitor intelligence, tracking local competitive moves, pricing changes, and campaign activities to enable fast and effective counter-strategies at the cluster level.
Equally critical, this position is accountable for creating localized product pull and tailored communication built around Circle-specific propositions, and for designing and executing supporting campaigns to lift the performance of Low-Revenue Sites (LRS). Through targeted offers, on-ground activations, and community-level engagement, the role systematically recovers underperforming clusters and sites and converts them into productive revenue contributors. By integrating market and competitor insights with acquisition performance data and disciplined local execution, this position ensures the organization stays agile, competitive, and commercially effective in every micro-market.
