Role Purpose
Define and formulate strategic direction for CORE operations to optimize network performance, efficiency, and overall gain. Lead programs and initiatives related to network enhancement, technological evolution, and the integration of programmatic and automated processes within operational activities—including data science, correlation analysis, and reporting. Possess the ability to consolidate and synthesize program outcomes into structured, executive-level presentation materials, including clearly defined success metrics.

Strategic Planning
- Define network strategy in CORE operations to maximize the network performance/gain and efficiency.
- Lead program and initiative for network or new technology enhancement and evolution.
- Lead the development of programmatic/automation in operations activities including the data scientist, correlation, & reports.

Operations
- Supervise 24/7 network operations
- Manage related MS vendors in day-to-day Operation.
- Ensure SLA/KPI achievement from vendors
- Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures.
- Continuously improve and develop systems to proactively monitor the infrastructure.
- Generate key reports for Management including but not limited to system availability, service level agreements, network performance, ticket resolution and customer issues.
- Responsible for managing outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, RCA to ensure technology performance meets the business goals.

Team Management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the related MS unit to achieve the objective and target
- Govern the alignment and team collaboration among related MS team members, OEM vendors, and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.

- Serve as a company representative for external related functions to build a good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends

Qualification
Minimum Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering, preferable master degree (S2) in related areas
Related Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Network function in Telco company
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing network operations
- Minimum of 5 years experience in network performance optimization
- Experience in Managed Services
Skills
- Managing CORE technology operational excellence and governance
- Possessing broad and deep knowledge of technology roadmap in CORE
- Data Processing in MS Excel, Access/ MySQL, create presentation in MS Powerpoint
