Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-test coordination.
Create and maintain technical documentation such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user flows, and business process documentation to align stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive product solutions, covering UI/UX aspects, API integrations, and third-party system integrations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, Design, and Marketing, to ensure successful product execution.
Conduct research on platform features and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Measure the impact of released product changes or features to ensure tangible results that align with business targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, with a proven track record in the telecommunications (B2B/B2C), IT services, or digital payment solutions industry.
Strong technical expertise in Agile Project Management and proficiency with task management software such as JIRA.
Strategic thinking and sharp decision-making skills to prioritize the product backlog effectively.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder collaboration.
High adaptability in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking capabilities.
Educational background in Business Informatics, Informatics Engineering, or other relevant fields that provide a foundation in technical understanding and digital innovation.
Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
