Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for driving MAU growth and user engagement for myIM3 through owned channel campaigns, paid ads acquisition, and personalized in-app initiatives based on customer segmentation and behavior.
The role also supports app growth acceleration through new feature launches, digital innovation initiatives, and strategic partnerships to increase app adoption, Acquisition and win back.

Key Responsibilities:
- App Growth & User Acquisition Strategy
Lead app growth initiatives through owned channels, campaign optimization, partnerships, and in app feature exposure to increase MAU, acquisition, and engagement.
- Customer Engagement & Retention Management
Manage customer engagement and retention programs through personalized campaigns, segmentation, lifecycle initiatives, and feature exposure strategies.
- Campaign Strategy & Performance Optimization
Execute and optimize integrated campaigns across owned channels and app touchpoints by improving CTR, conversion, and engagement performance continuously.
- Data Analytics & Growth Insights
Conduct data driven analysis, campaign performance monitoring, customer behavior tracking, and insight generation to support business and growth.
- Enablement New Feature & Partnership
Support initiatives, new feature launches, experimentation, and Initiative partnerships to strengthen app value proposition and user experience.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with product, marketing, analytics, commercial, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of app growth initiatives and campaign timelines.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Related Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience across telecommunications, digital platforms, content ecosystems, e-commerce, or related digital industries.
- Experience within telecommunications and mobile app ecosystems, specifically in driving growth, engagement, and performance initiatives for digital applications, is highly preferred (minimum 3+ years preferred).
- Proven track record in driving app growth acceleration, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, feature adoption, and monetization initiatives for consumer digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Partnership, and Customer Experience teams.
- Strong exposure to data-driven growth management, including performance tracking, campaign optimization, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and KPI governance.
- Experience in managing content-led engagement programs, strategic partnerships, and digital campaign initiatives within fast-paced digital ecosystems.
- Proven ability to operate in dynamic, high-growth environments with strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities across internal and external partners.
