Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual mine production plans to achieve production targets.
Prepare and optimize pit designs, mine sequencing, haul road layouts, project designs, and waste dump designs to support efficient mining operations.
Monitor mining performance by analyzing fleet productivity, equipment utilization, cycle times, ore reconciliation, and key operational KPIs.
Prepare production forecasts, budgets, cost analyses, and cost control initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare RKAB, Minerba Online Monitoring System (MOMS) reports, and other technical reports in compliance with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) requirements.
Ensure mining activities comply with applicable mining regulations, Good Mining Practice (GMP), and company standards.
Utilize mine planning software and data analysis tools to support production planning and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with Operations, Geology, Survey, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution of mine plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering. A Master's Degree will be an advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Mine Engineer in open-pit mining operations.
Proficient in mine planning software such as Surpac, MineSched, 3Dmine, Deswik, or equivalent applications.
Experienced in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual mine production plans.
Strong knowledge of pit design, mine sequencing, haul road design, project design, and waste dump design.
Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and cost control.
Strong understanding of fleet productivity analysis, equipment utilization, cycle time analysis, ore reconciliation, and operational KPI monitoring.
Experienced in preparing RKAB, reporting through the Minerba Online Monitoring System (MOMS), and submitting technical reports to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
Familiar with mining regulations, Good Mining Practice (GMP), and regulatory reporting requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Holds a POP (First-Line Operational Supervisor) certification. A POM (Middle Operational Supervisor) certification will be an advantage.
Willing to work on a roster schedule and be assigned to any of the company's operational sites.
