Sr. Mechatronics Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain mechatronic and control systems for agritech equipment, including sensors, actuators, and automated machinery.
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure reliable performance in agricultural and field environments.
• Build, test, and refine prototypes, including mechanical assemblies and electromechanical components.
• Conduct system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and field deployment to ensure systems meet technical and operational requirements.
• Analyze system performance and implement continuous improvements based on testing and field feedback.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and field teams) during system integration, commissioning, and maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 23 years of hands-on experience in mechatronics, automation, or electromechanical system development.
• Proficient in PCB design tools: Altium / Eagle / KiCad.
• Proficient in CAD tools: SolidWorks / Inventor / Fusion 360.
• Experience in firmware programming (C/C++) for microcontrollers.
• Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, and system integration.
• Experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and system assembly.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated systems (mechanical, electrical, and control) in real-world or field conditions.
• Familiarity with working in industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural environments is a plus.
• Good documentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Willingness to perform field testing and on-site support when required.
