Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Marketing Executive located in North Jakarta. The Sr. Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing shipping service plans, preparing freight cost calculations, managing customer proposals, and supporting commercial activities related to tugboat and barge operations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams (operations, purchasing, finance) to ensure accurate pricing and smooth service execution. Strong communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Shipping Management, Business Management, or Communications.
• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development in service companies, or in shipping & logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of shipping operations, freight cost calculations, and preparation of business documents (SPAL, PSN, quotations).
• Proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek.
