Sr. KOL Specialist

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly creative and driven KOL Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and campaign performance.

1. Develop and execute demand-driving strategies involving influencers & KOLs
2. Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and KPIs
3. Provide creative direction to ensure high-quality and engaging content output
4. Create and curate content across various social media platforms tailored to target audiences
5. Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and execute promotional campaigns
6. Manage campaign timelines, budget allocation, and buzzing frequency
7. Prepare SPK, monitor buzzing schedules, review content, and finalise influencer invoices post-campaign
8. Develop KOL strategies for client pitches and presentations

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist or similar role
2. Proven experience working in an advertising agency is a plus
3. Strong understanding of influencer marketing and related regulations
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Creative mindset with strong conceptual thinking
6. Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance
7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
8. A portfolio is required for further review
