Job Description

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK/USGAAP)
Perform quarterly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide insights to management
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accounting policies and process improvements
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and assist in special projects as needed

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Accountant
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK/USGAAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software, including SAP and MS Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Certified Accountant (e.g., CPA) is highly preferable
