Job Description

As a Sr. Finance Special Project Associate, you'll lead high-impact finance initiatives that shape the future of our business. From driving finance transformation and process improvements to building strategic financial insights, you'll work closely with cross-functional leaders to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic finance projects from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and create measurable business impact.
  • Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify business opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology to drive finance initiatives.
  • Lead finance transformation projects by improving processes, implementing automation, and enhancing financial systems.
  • Present project updates, business insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way.
  • Identify project risks, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment across multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Research industry best practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve finance operations and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Consulting, Strategy, Finance Transformation, or Finance Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading strategic or cross-functional projects from ideation through execution.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about driving business transformation in a fast-paced environment.
