Job Description

Sr. Finance & Accounting will be responsible for general financial and accounting activities, ranging from providing reconciliation of transactions, preparing balance sheets, processing invoices and taxes, to ensuring allocated funds and payments in the company. You will report directly to Head of Finance & Accounting to ensure good financial governance of the business. You will also work closely with auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issues within SHL Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Prepare financial data for financial statements and management reporting
  • Provide reconciliation of transactions of daily, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Prepare financial data related to tax calculations
  • Execute account payable activities including to process invoices and manage records/receipts
  • Execute account receivable activities including to ensure the terms and conditions of financial agreements with clients are carried out properly
  • Assist Head of Finance & Accounting to provide neccesary information for audit purposes
  • Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Financial Director


  • Candidates with at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity will be highly preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Economics will be highly preferred
  • Knowledge of ZAHIR accounting software system will be an added advantage
  • Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Energetic, positive can-do attitude, adept to fast-pace environment
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
