About the Role
Are you a strategic sales professional with a track record of driving revenue growth As our Senior Factory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint within an assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts, hunt for new business, and deliver tailored product solutions that directly impact our bottom line.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Achieve territory sales objectives by managing existing accounts and aggressively prospecting new factory clients
- Account & Territory Strategy: Conduct territory analysis, execute SWOT reviews, and build strategic plans to maximize product positioning and market share
- Value-Based Selling: Assess customer needs to develop custom value propositions, provide technical product recommendations, and deliver accurate pricing quotes
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, managing everything from negotiations and supply agreements to post-sale service
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal business units to monitor market trends, evaluate volume, and align on budgets
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all factory interactions and tasks adhere strictly to safety protocols and5S practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fiel
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years specifically within the Trims, Accessories, and Packaging industr
- Business Acumen: Proven experience in territory planning, financial calculations (discounts, margins, percentages), and executing professional proposal
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, independent problem-solving, and the ability to present complex business ideas to executive-level managemen
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant sales CRM tool
- Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin and Indonesian (to effectively communicate with regional clients and factory partners
