As a Senior Executive in Learning and Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in executing key learning and development initiatives across the Valiram Group. You will assist in the design, coordination, and facilitation of various training programs. This includes managing employee engagement, internal communication, conducting in-store coaching, and ensuring smooth collaboration with external training vendors.
In this role, you will manage training logistics, support the Learning Management System (LMS), claims, and processes. Acting as a learning business partner to various brands, you will contribute to employee development, uphold store team standards, and drive service excellence across the organization
As a Senior Executive, Learning and Development, your performance will be measured against the following key indicators:
oTraining Facilitation and Coordination: Availability and readiness of facilitators and delivery of the developed training content. Training programs completed on schedule and within scope, participants satisfaction scores for training programs, and participants reporting improved skills and knowledge after training.
oOn-Boarding Support: Time to productivity metrics for new hires, analysis and feedback scores from onboarding participation regarding program effectiveness, and percentage of onboarding programs completed without delays or issues
oIn-Store Coaching: Number of in-store coaching sessions conducted per month/quarter, improvement in team performance metric (eg: sales, service quality) post coaching, and feedback from team members on the value of coaching sessions.
oEmployee Experience & Internal Comms: Act as gatekeeper for regional employee experience and internal communication program.
oTraining Design and Development: support program design and completed within the planned timeframe, frequency of updating and revising training content to maintain relevance and accuracy.
oData Analysis and Reporting: Track key training metrics, including learner engagement, satisfaction, and relevance to business needs. Timeliness and accuracy of program impact reports submitted, improvement in training program design based on data-driven insights.
oLearning Management System (LMS) LMS content updated and maintained as per schedule, employee engagement rate with LMS platform (eg: course completion rates), and feedback scores on LMS usability and content relevance.
