Job Description

We're looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as Sr. Digital Analytics. You'll working with our data & digital analytics team as well as web developer, designers, and other team members to make impacts through data.

Job Responsibility

  • Spearheaded the process of translating client measurement/design specifications into a comprehensive data collection implementation guide.
  • Directing collaborations with developers to install, configure, and use web analytics tools, tag management systems, and A/B testing tools. This includes tracking user interactions and clickstream data to gain an in-depth understanding of customer behavior.
  • Independently identifying and resolving data collection issues and gaps on clients websites and apps.
  • Overseeing the design and creation of tailored dashboards & reports for clients, providing critical insights into their digital presence.
  • Conducting advanced analysis and presenting insightful findings to clients and the UI/UX team, informing UX optimization strategies.
  • Developing the skills of junior team members, providing mentorship, and promoting professional growth within the field of digital analytics.
  • Leading A/B testing initiatives and interpreting the results to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying abreast of the latest digital analytics trends and technologies, encouraging innovation, and integrating new ideas and methods into the team's practices.
  • Leading meetings and presenting insights and strategies to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Expert proficiency with tracking tools & tag management systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar alternatives).
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar alternatives).
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Spreadsheet) and presentation tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Extensive experience with A/B Testing platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Having experience in an agency background is a plus
  • Prefered if has GAIQ Certification and has statistic background
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
