Job Description

As a Sr. Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in managing investor relations, supporting fundraising initiatives, and delivering financial insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external investors to ensure clear communication, strong financial governance, and data-driven planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role requires strong analytical capability, structured financial thinking, and the ability to balance execution with long-term strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a structured investor relations strategy to keep investors informed and engaged.
  • Monitor investor satisfaction and prepare regular updates and reporting.
  • Support equity and debt fundraising activities, including data management, investor meetings, and documentation.
  • Maintain an optimal shareholder mix through targeted initiatives.
  • Track company performance and communicate financial and business updates to investors.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and press releases for investors and industry events.
  • Conduct monthly COGS analysis to evaluate financial performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial partners.
  • Develop financial models and scenario simulations to support strategic planning.
  • Lead initial phases of financial projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting fundraising processes and investor relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
