What You Will Do
The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems, including HVAC and building management systems, for various projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and technical support to ensure successful execution of control solutions.
How You Will Do It
- Design and develop control strategies and algorithms for systems.
- Oversee and manage the implementation of control systems on-site.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions
What We Look For
- University degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, programming, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed for project oversight and client meetings.
- Ability to work odd hours as required by project demands.
