Sr Business Process Management Analyst

About the Role

As a Sr Business Process Management Analyst, you will design, analyze, and manage business processes and company documentation (Policies/SOPs/WI/Forms) to ensure alignment with the business model, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards, including activity mapping, authorization validation, and socializing changes to relevant parties.

Responsibility :

• Analyze and review both existing and new business processes to identify areas for improvement, considering the impact on the overall business process.
• Develop business process plans (L-1 to L-4/5), RACI matrices, and process flows to ensure all process activities are mapped to the agreed business model.
• Evaluate business processes, considering the use of technology to achieve time and cost efficiencies.
• Document any changes to business processes in the form of company documents (Policies/SOPs/WI/Forms).
• Update/design policies/SOPs/WI/Forms in accordance with organizational standards and needs to ensure documents remain relevant and accurate on a regular basis.
• Check the completeness of documents and validate approvals to ensure they align with the established organizational structure and authorization levels.
• Manage the preparation and dissemination of procedural documents (SOPs/WI/Forms) to ensure all approved documents are disseminated to relevant parties.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree all major.
• Min 5 - 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
