Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive business opportunities and long-term collaboration.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and business insights.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation processes to secure partnerships and business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor performance of ongoing partnerships and recommend improvements to maximize value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Strategic Growth roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High initiative, proactive attitude, and strong adaptability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and uncertain business environment.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Female candidate preferred.
