Responsibilities:
a. Governance Quality for good sales governance
b. Control all SIP for CBG sales has been follow Incentive Framework
c. Conduct sanity check related to incentive Calculation under CBG to give
recommendation of improvement to stakeholders.
d. Conducted awareness and clear information related to framework (SIP,
Tactical and Recognition Plan for whole CBG) for whole CBG
e. Drive and manage CBIC, initiate and coordinate new incentive proposal to
CHCC and RIGC
f. Control & Monitoring tracking cost impact from SIP implementation in terms
of CPA/CPV, SI/Rev, SI/Vol including tactical cost to align with financial
budget
g. Checking and validate payout calculation from new SIP implementation in 1st
month role out - On track as per new scheme implementation
h. Documented all approval SIP document / Memorandum in proper document -
Done all document keep in secure shared folder
