DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fixed Asset Register.
- Update monthly Fixed Asset Register.
- Fixed Asset Sighting and controlling.
- Calculate & post the monthly depreciation.
- Capital Expenditure (capex) monitoring
- Check & post the Construction-In-Progress transactions.
- Support Asst. Superintendent on the Ad Hoc on Accounting task.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Payment Verification.
- Ad-Hoc job assigned by Superior
- Accountable for all the works done by him and all the inspection performed by the inspectors working under his command.
- Working within the company approved delegation of authority, budgets, and tasks assigned by superior.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
KNOWLEDGE/COURSES
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
- Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
- Digital application understanding and operating ability
- Job related procedure understanding
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCE (SKILLS):
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in General Ledger and monthly closing.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Able to work under pressure, accurate, honest detail and well organized
- Have good personality, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
- Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability..
Desirable: Experience in the treasury is preferred.
