Working Location: Semanggi, Jakarta

About the Role:

1. Build and maintain calculation logic using Stored Procedures, SSIS packages, and SQL Job Scheduler.
2. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate data solutions.
3. Provide analytical insights and support for data-driven decision-making.
4. Design, build, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data pipelines.• Perform data integration across multiple systems.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, error handling, and continuous improvements in data management processes.
6. Develop and maintain database solutions, including: Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Designing staging tables, indexes, and partitions. Monitoring query performance and tuning for efficiency.

Must Have:

1. Proficiency in SQL (mandatory, including ability to write/read complex queries and perform query tuning).
2. Experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Databrick, Azure SQL Database and SQL Managed Instance (SQLMI).
4. Strong logical thinking and calculation skills.
5. Bachelor's degree (S1) in in Technical/Information Technology/Other related education.
6. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting.

Experience:

1. Having 4-6 years experience as SQL Developer.
2. Preferred Experience in the insurance industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of SQL and SQL server tools.
4. Experience in Database Performance, Development and Maintenance.
5. In-depth understanding of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring requirements.
6. Meticulous attention to detail.
7. Working knowledge Windows Server infrastructures.
8. Prior experience with cloud services ( (Microsoft Azure).
9. Fluent to communicate in English for writing and speaking.
10. Ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative ideas.
11. Hardworking, pro-active, honest, fast learner, responsibility on job, highly motivated and able to work independently.
12. Have pleasant personality, hardworking, able to work in a team and able to work at all levels.
13. Good analytical skill, trouble shooting and handle the incident management and can think out of the box.
