SQE Engineer (Indonesia)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site containment and resolution of quality issues for KD vehicle parts at Southeast Asia plants; coordinate with Southeast Asia plants and manage the IQC team's on-site operations.
• Serve as the key interface for quality issues related to KD models in Southeast Asia plants; drive supplier root-cause improvement through the Chinese-HQ SQE team.
• Support pre-selection and nomination of localized suppliers in Southeast Asia.
• Lead APQP for localized Southeast Asia suppliers parts, including PV validation and PPAP approval.
• Improve mass-production quality management for Southeast Asia suppliers, ensuring part consistency and process stability.
• Drive corrective actions for aftersales/warranty quality issues with localized suppliers in Southeast Asia.

• 负责东南亚工厂KD车型零件质量问题现场处置,东南亚工厂沟通协调,管理IQC团队开展现场业务;
• 负责东南亚工厂KD车型质量问题沟通联络,推动中国SQE进行供应商源头改善;
• 负责东南亚本地化供应商预选定点;
• 负责东南亚本地化供应商零件APQP,PV验证,PPAP认可;
• 负责东南亚供应商量产质量管理的提升,零部件一致性、稳定性控制;
• 负责东南亚本地化供应商售后质量问题整改。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management.
• Strong knowledge of APQP development process for new vehicle programs, including process management methods and key control points.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3; experienced in supplier quality system audits.
• Proficient in QC tools; skilled in 8D problem-solving and 5-Why analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to use either Malay + Chinese or English + Chinese as working languages (spoken communication required).

【任职要求】

• 本科及以上学历,机械或汽车工程等相关专业;
• 5年以上供应商质量管理经验;
• 熟悉零部件新车型APQP开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点;
• 熟悉IATF16949体系或VDA6.3,具有供应商质量体系审查的经验;
• 熟悉QC手法的运用,熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析;
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力,具备马来语和中文,或者英文和中文口语沟通能力,能作为工作语言。
