Job Description:
- Conduct a call to pitch logistics partner (franchisee) to open service point with Shopee Xpress
- Facilitate partner to complete end to end onboarding process, for example, contract signing, storefront decoration, and system training
- Take care of partner during the early stage in order to ensure a good experience
- Support partner on commercial related topics, for example, special rate card offer, promotion
Requirements:
- Experience in working as telesales for 1 year
- Be able to understand basic English (mainly on reading)
- Be able to travel to visit partner in GBKK
- Be able to work under fast pace environment, accept to change
- Able to work 6 days/week
