(SPX) Finance Operations, Settlement

Job Description:

• COD Shopee and Non shopee business (Total COD 300,000 ADO per day or 50% of ADO, Kerry 20,000-30,000 ADO per day)
• Prepare COD Report Daily 4Pls (Kerry) , driver and buyer
• Prepare COD Summary report and reconcile Own Fleet for SPP (weekly and monthly)
• Prepare COD Summary report for SEA finance (weekly and monthly)
• Monitor and track COD Case error at SOC and Kerry
• Check and confirm with invoice on COD fee charge.
• Support Ticket from CX- SPX and CX- SPP about buyer & Driver request refund SPP
• Reconcile COD transfer from Own Fleet and some own fleet transfer by UOB.
• SDOP commission fee Reconcile SDOP Setup fee, Monthly fee and duty fee
• Set up Accrual commission fee to support SEA GL month-end closing
• Prepare Month-end Closing report about Setup fee and Monthly fee to support SEA GL month-end closing

• Excellent Microsoft Office/ Google Suite is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Operations.
• Excellent in communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility and high attention to detail.
