Job Description

Job Description:

Identify, approach, and onboard new SDOP / Partner locations within assigned Northeast region areas.
Achieve coverage and new partner onboarding targets.
Manage the onboarding process from contact to active status.
Maintain and grow Non-Shopee (NS) volume from existing partners in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to support partner performance and resolve operational issues.
Manage partner portfolio to ensure active status and acceptable zero-NS ratio.
Coordinate with Operations, Key Account Management, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, partner acquisition, or retail/B2B sales.
Must reside in Northeast region with strong familiarity of assigned districts.
Able to work extensively in the field and meet KPI-based targets.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Own transportation is a plus.
Able to travel to Bangkok office as required.
