SPV OF POULTRY VACCINE DEVELOPMENT VSN

Job Summary:**

Lead and manage the research and development of poultry vaccines, ensuring the successful creation and optimization of effective and safe solutions for poultry health.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Oversee and direct all stages of poultry vaccine development, from initial concept to commercialization.
• Design and execute experimental protocols for vaccine antigen discovery, formulation, and efficacy testing.
• Manage and mentor a team of scientists and technicians involved in vaccine research.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements in poultry immunology, virology, and vaccine technology.
• Prepare and present research findings, progress reports, and technical documentation to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and quality standards throughout the development process.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance vaccine development capabilities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
  

Job Qualifications:**

• Professional Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Extensive knowledge of poultry diseases, immunology, and vaccine technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
