Sports Club Manager

We're looking for a Sports Club Manager to lead the daily operations and guest experience of our growing sports & lifestyle club.

This role sits at the intersection of racquet sports, hospitality, and club operations, ensuring that courts, people, schedules, and service come together seamlessly every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily racquet sports & court operations
• Manage court scheduling, bookings, programs, coaching sessions & operational flow
• Lead Front Desk and on-floor hospitality standards
• Coordinate staff deployment, daily briefings & shift handovers
• Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to play and post-play experience
• Coordinate operations across F&B, events, community, membership & facilities
• Resolve guest issues and operational challenges on the ground
• Maintain and improve club SOPs, service standards & operational efficiency
• Monitor court utilization, guest feedback and key operational KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sports clubs, racquet sports, hospitality, hotels, country clubs, fitness clubs, or similar operations
• Strong understanding of hospitality and service excellence
• Highly organized and comfortable managing complex daily schedules
• Hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership skills
• Interest or experience in padel, tennis, or other racquet sports is highly preferred
