About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Sport & Leisure Attendant - Spa & Recreation (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to all guests.
• Assist guests with sports, recreational, beach, and leisure activities.
• Provide information regarding recreational programs, schedules, and facilities
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all recreation areas, including pools, beach, fitness areas, and activity venues.
• Monitor facilities to ensure they are safe, operational, and well-presented at all times.
• Support the organization and delivery of sports, beach, wellness, and leisure activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standard
• Maintain recreation equipment and supplies in good condition
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all equipment.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist supervisors with operational reports and guest feedback records.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Recreation, Sports & Leisure, Fitness, or Guest Services within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience conducting sports, fitness, or recreational activities is preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
• Creativity and innovation.
• First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Lifeguard Certification (advantageous), Fitness, Yoga, Water Sports, or Outdoor Recreation certifications are a plus.
