Job Description Summary

Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Sustainable Palm Oil (SPO) programs and certification processes within the UNIT/PSM scope to ensure compliance with approved sustainability plans, timelines, and certification requirements.

Job Description :

  • Develop work plans and targets based on the implementation of Sustainable Palm Oil (SPO) scheme of PSM based on Sustainability Division Plan approved by Top Management.
  • Socialize Work Program of Sustainability Unit to Assistant of Division / Associate Mill related, Assistant Head and Head of Administration after Work Plan approved by Manager.
  • Monitoring operations for Certification plans within the PSM scope based on both timebound execution and achievement
  • Synchronize UNIT work plan with work plan which have been prepared by SPO Coordinator Region and SPO PSM Coordinator
  • Assist Manager in monitoring the operational of UNIT-based Timebound Certification Plan approved by management, both implementation and achievement
  • Regular coordination and socialization to Staff on SPO Requirements as well as fulfillment.
  • Coordination with Safety Officer, HCV Officer, Environment Officer, GHG Officer, Traceability Officer & Social Officer in the process of achieving or implementing SPO certification within the scope of UNIT includes follow-up actions to improve internal audit results and External Audit.
  • Ensure that all UNIT Sustainability Program Plans (K3, Environment, HCV & Social) are implemented on schedule
  • Review / monitor the licensing period for heavy machinery and plant and garden machinery and environmental permits related to SPO.
  • Monitor the implementation of the Sustainability Work Program (K3, Environment, HCV, Social, etc.) in the Regional scope and the Certification process to run based on process-appropriate procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, certification, or plantation operations

  • Good understanding of SPO requirements, K3, Environment, HCV, and Social aspects

  • Experience in monitoring work plans, certification timelines, and audit follow-ups

  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work cross-functionally
